Altec Lansing has introduced the (inMotion) iM600 iPod Speaker System, a new portable speaker system designed to work with the iPod for $149.95.

The iM600 comes with a built-in FM receiver, wireless remote control and AC adapter for the rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. It outputs 17 watts of power, and includes the SFX Sound Field Expander, which widens the sound field and custom-built, two-inch neodymium drivers power the speakers. The iM600 also features auxiliary input, sub out, composite video out and mini USB connections.

The wireless remote control, controls the speaker volume and iPod song navigation. It also lets you scan FM stations and four FM presets. The iPod docking station flips open or closed for storage in your backpack or travel bag.more images
